I know this might be irrelevant, but here's my theory about the Earth-Twone counterparts of the other Earth-31 Doctors' (apart from Pizza Brilliant, who is an obvious alternate counterpart to Earth-Twone's PB):
- The Animated Doctor - The Silent Doctor (probably?)
- The Apocalypse Doctor - The AMAZING Doctor (probably)
- The Pineapple Doctor - The Peanut Butter Doctor (maybe?)
And that's pretty much it. But hey, that's just a theory, a TMDWS fan theory.
